Bid Manager


We’re looking for a driven, organised and commercially-minded Bid Manager to work within our newly implemented Bid team. Zeelo is growing fast. We’re searching for a driven and proactive Bid Manager who will be an integral part of the Bid Management and wider commercial team.

Reporting into the Head of Bid Management, UK and working on a variety of tenders and you’ll help develop our tenders for the public and private sector, developing and improving content, capturing lessons learnt and providing written content that resonates with potential customers and wins opportunities.

What will I be doing?

As Bid Manager, UK Business, you'll work hand in hand with the UK Business team, supporting the sales functions key tendered deals and identifying further opportunities, helping build the pipeline.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Working with the UK Business team to produce tenders that meet and exceed customer’s needs and promote Zeelo’s value proposition
  • Develop and organise a content library for UK Business by engaging with key subject matter experts
  • Manage the end to end process of engagement of the customer through to final bid submission
  • Capture lessons learnt on won and lost opportunities and feedback back into content and deliverables
  • Ensure the winning strategy and win themes are articulated effectively throughout the bid response, showing excellent appreciation of what the client needs
  • Ensuring a high quality of output at all times
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids

Is this job for me?

Ideally you'll have / be

  • 2+ years of experience in Bid Management
  • Experience in the Corporate sector, ideally within Mobility
  • Qualification in a relevant degree such as Finance, Economics or Business
  • A growth mindset, with outstanding commercial acumen
  • Proven results within Bid Management
  • Enthusiastic qualities with high energy and drive
  • Ambitious and and mission driven to build a world leading mobility company
