Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We’re on the hunt for a talented, organised, results driven Performance Marketing Lead with B2B experience wanting to be an important part of the team in a scaling business who provided services for household names like Amazon and Ocado. As Performance Marketing Lead, you will help take Zeelo to the next level, driving our performance strategy helping the company achieve aggressive growth targets.

What will you do:

  • Working with the Head of Marketing on deploying a lead generation programme that drives leads for the sales teams
  • Run end-to-end campaigns independently across all markets: UK, SA and US
  • Translate marketing objectives and strategies into KPIs and performance goals
  • Drive the “test and learn” agenda
  • Partner with Product & Data teams to build the right framework for A/B testing
  • Manage a budget, allocate spend across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
  • Analyse the performance of digital marketing activities across search, social, display, mobile, affiliates, SEO etc
  • Manage performance metrics and budget tracking while ensuring benchmarks are established, lessons learnt and growth opportunities capitalized.
  • Leverage key platforms and tools (Google performance suite etc.)
  • Set up detailed reporting to fuel learnings and optimize as well as educate the organization
  • Work with Google, Linkedin, Facebook and other partners to ensure best in class principles and training is provided across teams
  • Create Zeelo performance marketing playbook & run internal training



What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience in digital and performance marketing in a fast paced environment
  • Ideally have experience in-house and agency side
  • Have experience in B2B, with a focus on paid search
  • Strong project management skills
  • Balance outstanding data and analytical skills and strategic ability to design always-on performance campaigns
  • Proven experience in developing innovative approaches to quality traffic generation, conversion, acquisition & optimization
  • Advance use of key performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager...)
  • Attention to detail
  • Inspirational, winning confidence and ability to raise consensus with peers, executives and team members
  • Can do attitude, no job is too big or too small, self-starter, someone who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Proven experience in taking a business to the next level and quick in identifying opportunities to be able to do so
  • Technical skills in data manipulation using excel
