About the Role

Zeelo is growing fast and we’re on a mission to find a Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible for the global sales operations including revenue performance analysis, forecasting, CRM management, incentives and targets for our teams across the UK, US and South Africa.

Reporting to the Director of SSOE, the Manager, Sales Operations will play a pivotal role in scaling up our processes and support our regional GM’s and their respective sales teams.

What you’ll do

As Manager, Sales Operations you’ll take overall responsibility for maximising business growth and performance by being an objective, trusted partner to leadership. With this, you’ll manage a team that will leverage CRM data to provide revenue transparency, build out the forecasting and growth strategy, own target-setting and incentive processes, and drive overall sales accountability.

  • Business Planning and Forecasting
    • Own the annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly planning and forecasting processes to ensure rapid growth of the business
    • Manage target-setting, territory analysis and commissions achievement for all sales functions and individuals
    • Serve as a thought partner and business advisor to our sales executives and managers
  • Sales Revenue Reporting and Transparency
    • Create dashboards to allow Zeelo to accurately track revenue performance and KPIs, ensuring consistency across markets
    • Continually analyse business and pipeline performance metrics, providing regular updates in weekly/monthly revenue meetings
    • Drive sales accountability and effectiveness through consistent tracking of activity and leading metrics across SDRs, Sales and Customer Success teams
    • Prepare and conduct cyclical business reviews to a wide range of key stakeholders
    • Provide ad-hoc data analysis, reports and troubleshooting for sales and sales performance
  • Process and Tools
    • Drive use of our Hubspot CRM platform, ensuring we are working closely with our global sales functions and implementing processes and standards
    • Own the platform, constantly challenging whether it is giving us the data we need and ensuring teams are engaged with using it
    • Document playbooks for teams to use as guides on our internal wiki
    • Engage with sales to garner feedback on processes and find opportunities to drive improvements and challenge the status quo

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations
  • Experience in a senior role at a fast growing scale up
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • A growth mindset, with outstanding commercial acumen
  • Experience managing sales tools including CRM (ideally Hubspot)
  • Enthusiastic, high energy and drive
  • Ambitious and and mission driven to build a world leading mobility company
  • Ability to work truly cross-functionally and partner with all areas of the organisation

Even better:

  • You have demonstrated you have played a pivotal role within a scale up organisation, taken ownership of the Sales Operations process and delivered tangible results
  • Experience with SQL and connecting multiple data sources to create reports and dashboards
  • Experience building dashboards in visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau
